What happens once I place my order?
You will get a confirmation mail with your order details. Post which our team will pack and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will get the Shipping details on mail with the tracking number and via the ‘My Account’ section by logging in. You will receive the invoice along with the order shipment.
I did not get an order confirmation and the amount got deducted. What to do?
The amount will get auto reversed to your bank in 24-48 hours. In case it has not been reversed please reach out to: titanmalaysia@surpass.my or call us on +603-2777 8222
I got a damaged watch. I want to return it. What to do?
We are committed to quality and in case you’ve received a defective watch. Write to us at titanmalaysia@surpass.my or call us at +603-2777 8222 with you order ID. We will send you an airway bill for you to arrange the watch to be sent back to us. We will refund 100% of your payment or provide you with a replacement of the same watch, subject to our discretion after the situation is being assessed.
