RETURN POLICY

All returns are subjected to the terms and conditions  and must be authorized by our customer service team. Please contact us at titanmy@marco-groups.com for assistance and authorization on returns.

 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Titan Malaysia offers a 14 Days Money Back Guarantee for all domestic orders with valid reasons, i.e:

  1. There is a manufacturer’s defect.
  2. Seller has delivered an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g.wrong design, colour, etc.) to buyer.
  3. The item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the item.
  4. The item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, or shattered) with valid evidence(s) provide by buyer upon receiving the item in 3 calendar days. 
  5. The item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended).

All exchanges and refunds are subjected to the Terms & Conditions as below:

  • All requests must be sent in writing within 14 working days to titanmy@marco-groups.com.
  • All items are quality-checked by us prior to shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to check upon receiving item and inform us immediately if there is any dissatisfactory. 
  • Postage will be borne by Titan Malaysia in the scenario of an unforeseen error from the our end (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the buyer)
  • The refund will be for the amount of the purchase price; Titan Malaysia reserves the reasonable right to deduct any cost associated with the return. 
  • All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed or tempered with in any way. Titan Malaysia reserves the absolute right to reject the return if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way.
  • Titan Malaysia reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice.
  • We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 working days after the confirmation.
  • Please take note that all clearance or sales items are not refundable.

 

Once approved, returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without a proof of purchase will not be entertained.

Upon returning your item to us, please email titanmy@marco-groups.com with the following information:

  1.  Your Name (As per invoice)
  2.  Invoice Number / Order ID 
  3.  Reason for return
  4.  Tracking number for the parcel (if applicable)

 

Kind reminder:

  • We will not entertain exchanges or refunds if information provided is incomplete or invalid.
  • We do not accept returns for items purchased on clearance or sale.
  • We do not entertain any change of mind from the buyer.
  • Please bear in mind that the pictures are for illustration purpose only. There might be a slight discrepancies between actual product and images.
